How We Review: Our Checks, and Our Limits

A guide that writes about casinos should publish how it does it. JILIVIP is independent and is not an operator: no cashier, no deposits, no games, no balances, no account access. Below are the checks this site runs, what it cannot see from outside, and the commercial arrangements behind its links. There is no score, no ranked table and no named reviewer anywhere here, and each of those absences has a reason. 21+.

What makes something a criterion

Only one thing: a reader could go and check it. That rule throws out most of the vocabulary that fills casino review pages — generous, trusted, premium, reliable — and keeps the facts that determine where your money sits and how it comes back. Everything below passes it.

The companion rule is that we would rather say "this is not published, ask support and get it in writing" than print a plausible figure. That sentence appears on a lot of pages here, and it is deliberate rather than lazy.

The checks

CriterionThe question we ask of the operator's own pages
Licence disclosureIs a specific operating company named, with a regulator, in the site's own text rather than implied by a badge image?
Payment railsWhich rails are genuinely offered, and are e-wallet, InstaPay, PESONet and over-the-counter routes described accurately?
Terms clarityCan a reader find the withdrawal conditions, the wagering multiple and the maximum-bet rule before depositing?
KYC rulesWhat is required, at what stage, and is the name-matching rule disclosed up front rather than at withdrawal?
Complaint routeIs there a documented escalation beyond live chat?
Responsible-gaming toolsCan a player set a deposit limit, cool off or self-exclude without negotiating with an agent?
Support channelsWhich channels are published, with what hours, and does any advertised channel fail to answer?
App distributionIs the app-store situation described honestly, and are readers pushed to sideload or to disable protections?

Licence and rails come first because together they answer who holds your money and by what route it can return. Terms and KYC come next because that is where withdrawals stall in this market. The last four describe how much trouble you are in when something goes wrong.

How a check is performed

  • Read the operator's own published pages and record what they say on the date read
  • Lift the company name out of the terms and search for it in the regulator's own register, reached by typing the regulator's address
  • Hold each advertised payment rail against how that rail is publicly documented to behave
  • Follow the promised links, because a policy or tool that cannot be reached is itself a finding
  • Read the promotions page against the terms, since contradictions between them are where the real story usually is
  • Report silence as silence: an undisclosed name-matching rule or an absent complaints route is named as absent

What cannot be verified from outside

  • Withdrawal speed. This site has no account and has funded nothing, so a payout time here would be made up. It is the operator's figure — read its cashier page.
  • Charges, minimum and maximum amounts, bonus values and loyalty thresholds — all operator-defined and revisable at will.
  • Whether a game's real returns match its published RTP. The figure describes a volume of play no individual experiences.
  • What happens inside a support queue, or how a particular dispute ended.
  • Whether a licence is current right now, since any list reflects the day it was compiled.
  • What any mobile installer contains. This site does not host, link to or inspect installers — which is why its app page carries no download link.

On demo play and game data

Because this site writes about mechanics, demo modes and RTP, one clarification belongs in the method. Any RTP, volatility or maximum-win figure here is the figure published by the game studio or shown in a game's own information screen, reported as published — not measured by us, and not derived from demo sessions.

That last point matters, because a demo round cannot be used to establish anything statistical. A free-play session shows you rules and pacing, nothing more, and anybody citing their demo results as evidence about a game's behaviour is citing noise. The game's own info screen inside your lobby is the authority on its configuration, rather than any list, including ours.

No score, no ranked list

A score compresses findings measured in unlike units into one digit using weights nobody shows you, so it reads as precision while carrying less information than the list it replaced. A ranked table is worse again: positions exist, positions can be sold, and in affiliate publishing they regularly are. Reporting criterion by criterion keeps the detail and removes the lever.

Disclosure, anonymity, corrections

Some outbound links may be partner links and may earn a commission if a reader signs up through one. Three fixed rules: no payment changes a page's text, no operator sees or approves a page before publication, and nothing is purchasable — not a mention, not a position, not a softer sentence, not a removed criticism.

There is no byline, portrait or job title here, because the usual alternative in this niche is an invented expert with a stock photograph, and anonymity is more honest than that. For the same reason this site never claims to have deposited, played, cashed out or timed anything. Terms and game configurations both change quietly, so every page carries published and modified dates, and a correction is always worth more than the sentence it replaces. JILIVIP is an independent guide, not an operator; gambling is for adults 21 and over, and the limit and self-exclusion tools on your operator account exist for the moment play stops being a free choice.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why are there no ratings?

Because a rating hides the weights behind it and erases the useful output, which is the identity of the weak check. It also creates a ranked position, and positions are the thing a commission can move. Reported separately, the information survives.

Did you test these operators with real money?

No. This site holds no accounts and has deposited nothing anywhere, which is exactly why no payout time, fee or minimum appears here. Those belong on the operator's cashier page, where they are current.

Do you draw conclusions from demo play?

Only about rules and pacing, never about returns. A free-play session is far too short to establish anything statistical, so demo results are noise rather than evidence. Our RTP and mechanics figures are what the studio publishes or what the game's own info screen shows.

Why publish anonymously?

Because the common alternative is a fabricated reviewer with a stock photo and an unverifiable biography, which is worse than no name at all. Nothing here depends on who wrote it; each claim is checkable on its own.

Do partner links change what you write?

No. Links may be partner links, disclosed here and in the footer. No operator reads a page before publication, nothing is for sale, and with no ranked list there is no position for money to affect.

Why does your app page have no download link?

Because this site cannot inspect an installer and will not pass one on. Linking a file we cannot verify would be precisely the risk our app-safety page warns about, so that page sends you to the operator's own domain instead.
